Yes there is nothing wrong with having a man crush as a man. And there is nothing wrong of course with acting on it.
I suppose what you are talking about is if you are straight and confusion about liking some men as well as women. Ultimately you just have to work out for yourself where your preferences lie and then make a decision accordingly.
You don't need to rush into it and some people do record changing their preferences at a relatively late age - those who think everyone finds out in their early teens is often wrong, it can take a long time, so don't be in a rush and also don't feel you need to pigeonhole yourself in a particular category too early.
