Is it sexy to have a beard or moustache?

Ewww! Well it does depend from woman to woman what they like on a man but in general no, no, no.
Personally I can't stand them and I can only answer for myself, I don't know what's in them, they feel horrible up against you and they hide the face well what's the point in that?
There are those that like beards and facial hair in general however surveys have shown that generally less women like beards now than ever before and hair anywhere on the body is seen as worse than it used to and the hairy chest is being replaced by a clean and toned torso so shave it off!
