Is it wrong to watch TV whilst eating?

Well in terms of high etiquette and finishing school then one is sure that that would never do.
However most people do this sometimes and it's not actively wrong to do apart from for those who have a very strict upbringing in which case they might get told off.
But there may be reasons why you would not want to do it for instance if you have guests round it might seem a bit rude to eat infront of the TV and so on!
