Is size 4 too small?

Size 4 is certainly small, but the whole debate recently has been the size zero debate and whether there is too small for the modelling world.
However the modelling world and magazines that criticise it seem also to be those to blame in that those who use models find it easier using stick models for the clothes to hang off as they don't need to design around curves and also those are the ones they display in magazines so therefore it is not really a surprise that people want to be that thin.
However it is not really healthy to be that skinny the body should have some fat reserves.
