Is the earth flat?

Assuming that you do not doubt overwhelming experience and evidence then the answer is no, the earth is not flat.
If you have ever been in an aeroplane, you will know that the fact that the earth is curved is rather important allows you to fly "around" the world, rather than "along it"!
