Is there a DHA-free self tanner available that wont cause an allergy rash?

Interesting question.

Most products for self tanning do contain DHA as it is said to give the best and most reliable results.

However if you visit any of the larger pharmacies or drug stores, depending where you live, then you should find that there are some products on the shelves without DHA.

It will be a bit of a process as you will simply need to read all the labels and find one.

If you have no joy then you could try asking any helpful staff member to see if they know of any product or might be able to find one for you.
