I've had spots since i was 10 and i'm now 12 just about 13 and my spots wont go away !! Is there any helpp ??

ive tried alt of things like drinking water , yes it does work then a week or so later , i get more spotss :@:@ life hates me :|

To get rid of spots is hard and if you are in the teenage stage where the hormones are causing spots then there is not much you can do to get rid totally, but you can prevent them getting worse and minimise them.

Ask the pharmacist for a cream that has a strong active ingredient in it to treat the spots such as benzoyl peroicde for best chance of containing the spots.
