why when we give O group blood to A group blood human,it is not compatible with A group blood?

Different types of blood groups are not compatible with each other due to their different compositions.

There is lots of information about blood groups in textbooks and on wikipedia so you should read the appropriate trusted reference on blood groups to find out more about them and how they work.
