Light of wavelength 6000 A in air enters a medium ofrefractive index 1.5.What will be the frequency in the medium?

Not sure but might it be that you divide the one by the other, e.g. like 6000 divided by 1.5? In which case that would make it 4000 wouldn't it

The answer to this question is not correct. when light enters from a denser to rare or from rare to denser, only its wavelength changes , its frequency remains constant
