Not heard of millia spots before are they are a particular type of them?
If you're not sure what type they are or in any case if you do and want to get treatment it is probably worth going to the doctor to see what they recommend, or possibly a pharmacist too might be able to advise you on the best treatment for a particular type of skin complaint.
