My relationship feels flat, what can I do?

Lots of relationships lose the initial excitement that comes with the unfamiliarity of the first month or so.

However if things get really flat then you need to decide what the cause is. Is it because the feelings of one or both of you have changed, or is there some other problem?

For many work and the rest of our life takes over as soon as we get into a routine in our relationship which can mean that you spend less quality time together and therefore can have a negative impact. Work out what the issue is and then try to address it.
