My teenage years have finished and I still have spots, help?

Question asked by: mrquestion

If you still have spots when your teenage years have finished and the hormones have apparently settled down then it can be depressing.

This is because through your teens there is the consolation that many of your peers still have spots too and that it is just a phase.

However many people continue to have spots caused for the same reason into their early 20s, and this is just because things take longer to settle down in their bodies or they could have a skin type that is particularly prone to spots, for instance if you have naturally oily skin.
