Need help with math exam question

Bryn is selling his house for £210 000 The estate agent's selling the house, and it rises 1.5% on the first £150,000 of the sale price and 2.4% on the remainder. Calculate the total cost certain to be paid to the seller Hill property.

1.5% on £150,000 then 2.4% on £60,000 left.

So the estate agent fee is 2250 + 1440 = £3690 total.
