Number sequences help please

Just looking at the sequence you mention seeing if there is some obvious pattern there:
1/2 , 1/6, 1/3, 2/3 1,2,0,3,-1
And if there is an obvious pattern there I can't spot it.
Is this definitely a maths related sequence not something else?
