Please help im 28 and getting spots :( iv used some well known brands but not working!!

As I usually mention with this sort of question you need to get quite a strong cream that uses an active ingredient to physically dry up the spots.
The best recommendation is to see the doctor if you have persistent spots and the usual spot creams available over the counter are not helping as it could be that a course of antibiotics is what would be needed to clear them up.
