Poison Oak cleanup problem

Ok the poison oak is gone but here is the problem. It's a little gross but such is life. One place where I had exposure was on my knee. If you know about poison oak, you know that your skin blisters and yellowish pus flows for about 2-3 days. My Levi jeans absorbed lots of this stuff and now I cannot get it out. They've been soaked, washed, but still there is a "scent" from the knee area. Does anyone know how to get this out?

Yuck that sounds horrible!

I don't know anything about that in particular, but would it be best / safest just to throw those away and get some new clothes :)
