Polar region

Q. In the polar region it is month daylight for six month and darkness for next six month. Find out how life in those regions are different from our's. How has people and animals adapted to that situation ?

Well there are plants and animals that are targetted to building up reserves of energy during the sunny times then doing nothing or as little as possible in the dark months by slowing their metabolism right down.

So basically they all gear to do the most they can in the sunny times and then to basically get through the darkness.
