Reduce £45 by 28%
Question asked by: foodbag

Ok, so the question is Reduce £45 by 28%.
To do this, we can work out what 1% is then multiply by 28.
So one percent: divide 4500p by 100 to get 45pence. Then mulitply by 28 to get £12.60 so take this off and get £32.40 as the answer.
