If you want to shave your legs without getting a rash, then you need to use a sharp razor and also use a good quality shaving cream.
There are lots on the market and the makers of a shaver will also often have a shaving cream to use with the product, for instance gillette range of shavers and shaving products for men and women often have gift sets that have the razor and new razor blades as well as the shaving gel, foam or cream to use in addition.
Be sure to change the razor regularly so that it is sharp and do not press too hard as you can damage the skin and leave marks that way. Also move the razor the same way with the grain whilst shaving to ensure that you get a nice smooth shave, learn about good shaving techniques if you are not sure how to do it right.
