Should I buy a male or female guinea pig?

It is up to you!
However most people prefer to buy female guinea pigs and the reason for this is that they are easier pets to manage and pick up and look after generally.
Male guinea pigs in general are a lot more aggressive and therefore can make for much more difficult pets.
