Yes you should definitely eat breakfast!
Many people who diet have the bizarre idea that it is a good idea to skip meals, when in fact nothing could be further from the truth!
The bottom line is that you should definitely eat breakfast - it kick starts the metabolism for the rest of the day and much research has shown that it is actually the most important meal of the day.
Therefore whatever you do, don't skip breakfast as it's such an important meal that sets the tone for your body and your metabolism for the rest of the day.
