Should I use a mouthwash for oral hygiene?

Mouthwash I think can be quite good as it is strong stuff for killing off bacteria in the mouth and generally helping with your oral hygiene.

Although it has had a bad press sometimes it is overall quite useful for helping to maintain oral hygiene though most dentists will say it is essential to use it I'm not so sure that is actually the case.

Yes because if you just brush your teeth there is still plague and things in your mouth. I use mouth wash and it helps if you have a bad breath as well!
