Should I use an electric shaver or manual razor?

It entirely depends on your individual preference.

The benefit of the electric shaver is that you don't need to do anything to maintain it like with a manual one you need to get a ready supply of blades due to them getting blunt regularly.

Some say you can get a better and more controlled shave with a manual razor so perhaps you could try them both and see what you prefer.
