Spots

Hello I am 13 and I am really worried because tonight I am going for a sleepover party with all my friends and I have a 'HUGE' spot on my chin at the moment I am putting toothpaste on it but my mum says just leave it but I don't want to look like a idiot coming in with a massive spot on the end of my chin. Is there any quick tips so the spot looks less red and less big by tonight! Thanks x
