Spotty Back!

On my back, neck and shoulders My skin is covered in tiny red spots. My mum says it's because I'm going into puberty, but I'm still worried. What is it? How can I get rid of them?

If you are worried about what the cause of the spots is then you should see the doctor. Whilst it is most likely that this is caused by being a teenager at your age if in any doubt go and see your doctor.

If they say it is spots or acne then try not to worry about it because as your mum says virtually all teenagers get it due to the hormone changes that the body goes through during that period of a few years.
