Stages of growth of a moth

Question asked by: perfecta

Asked on: 26 Jan 2011

The moth is born as a caterpillar and then after a while of munching around and eating leaves and that sort of thing it then has a chrysallis and from there it turns into the moth. Depending on the species it might actually spend the major period of its life as a caterpillar and only be a moth for a short time but there is a lot of variety depending on what type of moth it is.
