Stress stops me sleeping, help?
Question asked by: mrquestion

If stress is stopping you from sleeping then you need to reduce the stress.
This can be done by undertaking some relaxation techniques such as mentally consiging workplace stress and issues to somewhere locked away at night, having a bath, creating a ritual that helps you to relax such as meditation, then going to bed.
If this doesn't work then you need to reduce the stress itself absolutely rather than controlling it around bedtime.
