Sustainability transition

are there also relationships between data and the role of technology and economic systems in shaping the environmental future?

Yes technology can be used to analyse the massive amounts of data that we now collect and collate.

There is so much data collected now that humans don't have the time to go through them all, so computers and technology are used to analyse them and run reports that humans can then draw conclusions from.

Some of those conclusions can be to do with the environment.
