The greatest number of ATP molecules is produced where?

Creating great numbers of ATP molecules well now isn't that an interesting question!

I'm not 100% sure as I think that maybe you were given a range of options to choose from but they've not come through with the question?

Well I think it could be that the greatest number of ATP molecules are made by electron transfer phosphorylation.
