The interviewer would not give feedback to me is this fair?

Question asked by: mrquestion

Asked on: 22 Dec 2009

No if an interviewer is not prepared to give feedback that is not alright.

There are times when lazy employers will twitter on about not being able to give feedback due to data protection or something ridiculous: apparently not telling you how you did is protecting you from your own data?! Erm whatever!

Basically if they are too lazy to give you feedback then just imagine how appalling they would be as an employer! You have had a lucky escape and should thank your lucky stars that they did not take you on.
