The water in the pond goes cloudy and green help?

Question asked by: mrquestion

Asked on: 12 Jan 2010

If a pond goes all cloudy and green then this usually means that the water is going stale and is not fresh and oxygenated enough.

Therefore two good options are the following:

first, use pondweed or oxygenating plants to help keep the water clear and oxygenated

Second, use a good quality water fountain to help push the water into the air and aerate it.
