Water level comparison

Will level of rain water collected in two different cylindrical containters ls positioned at same ground level for same time be same or different

The level of the water may be different in the two containers, for instance a very narrow container will have water at a higher level than a container that has a very wide base.

However, the total amount of water that is collected should be the same, if the surface area of the neck of the container is the same.
