Weight Loss

How can I lose weight aside from exercising. Are there pills I can take that won't be bad for the body?

If you want to lose weight then the best method is to do it in a sustained basis and that means a healthy diet and also having lots of exercise.

If you want to speed things up by taking things like diet pills then you should definitely see your doctor before doing so to ensure that it is OK for you given your current health to take diet pills and that you get the right ones, any artificial methods of slimming can hold risks and therefore you should get your doctors authorisation before taking some.
