What are the effects of too little sleep?

Too little sleep can lead to health problems.
Apart from making you feel tired and grouchy and having less concentration it can also lead to other stresses on the body.
Therefore it is best to always try to get the recommended minimum amount of sleep at least each night to avoid these health complications; particularly a period of time with less than the recommended sleep for a series of days can lead to real problems.
