What are the must see sites in Edinburgh?

In Edinburgh, there are quite a few sites.
First of all you should go around the castle, but make sure your wallet is full of cash as it is a bit of a rip off and extremely expensive.
There are some good bus tours that show you the sites, there is Arthurs Seat which is quite interesting.
Also walk around the centre of the town, there are some interesting sites and places to see by doing that too.
