What are the short term and long term effects physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially for increasing my Body Mass index?
Question asked by: knowitall
Increasing body mass index for those who don't know is basically talking about increasing weight, and potentially getting obese and fat.
Without knowing your start point this is hard to answer - if at the moment you are far too thin then increasing BMI will be wise. If larger, then there will be less positive benefits.
Intellectually there will be no difference, and for emotions only emotional differences that you place on yourself.
In health terms having a BMI that makes you obese or over weight is known to have several potential problems for instance it can lead to increased risk and susceptibility of many diseases and potential illnesses.
