What can I do to help market a small business for a friend?

One of my friends has just set up a small business, what do you recommend I can do to help them out other than simply offer support?

There are lots of things you can do to help your friend.

One of the main elements that can help someone who works on their own is simply to act as a sounding board. Often it is through discussions that ideas as to how to progress come to us, even if we don't have detailed knowledge of the business.

Therefore being there to talk through ideas and suggest your own can be the most invaluable service you can provide.
