What can i plant that is evergreen and quick growing?

The obvious thing that springs to mind is a fast growing ever green that will grow anywhere around boundaries, and the key candidate here is the leilani plant.
However remember this can be a little too overbearing and therefore you need to keep a close eye and ensure that it is kept at the right height for you so as not to overgrow and block out light.
Thus be sure to trim up once a year so that this does not happen.

Ceanothus. It is fast growing, easy to grow, evergreen & has a pretty blur floer in the spring.
