What can you do if you are naturally hairy?

If you are naturally hairy then there is not a lot that you can do about it other than to keep the hair in check.
This could mean using some sort of modern treatment like epilation or even laser treatment to blast out some of the hairs and to encourage them to stop growing at the same rate.
Other options are those such as the more painful waxing and related treatments that rip the hairs off one way or the other.
