What clothes will cool me down on a hot day?

On a hot day you will want to wear the least clothes you can to stop you getting too hot.
First of all go for light colours like white as these will reflect the most light and therefore help to keep you cool.
Wear shorts if you can rather than something heavy like jeans which cover the legs. Similarly wear a vest top or a thin T-shirt to help the air circulate over the body and stop you sweating.
