What colour is the moon?
Question asked by: knowitall
The moon, we all may think, is composed of sterile white rock.
However this image is actually wrong and just because we only ever see the moon from a great distance, reflecting light from the sun.
In fact, the moon is not white at all,the rock is rather dark and in fact pretty much black if not totally black in places.
