What do companies look for on a CV?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Well a CV should show that you are a good candidate for the job.
It should ideally show that you have work experience that is relevant to the job at the right level and show that you have performed well in similar jobs in the past or in jobs that indicate you have transferable skills for this role.
It should show generally that you are a committed and competent and enthusiastic employee who will bring positive qualities to the role and therefore ultimately benefit the company in the role that they are considering taking you on for.
