What do women look for in men?

Historically it has always been suggested that women look more for personality traits in men than straight attractiveness however this was perhaps wishful thinking from some men and is not true.
With the media culture and obsession on looks, women look at looks and attractiveness just as much as men do - in fact possibly more so.
They look for someone they find physically attractive first and foremost, and then move on to the other qualities like a sense of humour and a personality, a good job and so on.
