What is association and how does it help with memory?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Association is the process of linking things together to help you to remember them.
You might anchor something against something else that is quite memorable in order to remember it.
For instance if you have a list of objects to remember by associating them with something else you can start to make it more mentally possible to remember.
