What is google pagerank?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Google pagerank refers to a method that google uses to rate how important a webpage is.
You can see this by using what is called the google toolbar and this shows you a green bar that fills up with a value from 0 to 10 and shows the pagerank of that page.
This is a useful indicator of how important a webpage is seen to be though I think many say it is not that relevant necessary to the actual rating of a page which determines where it ranks for certain search phrases and search terms.
