What is mind?
Question asked by: jarahreyes
Asked on: 15 Mar 2010
Mind is the word used to describe the mental processes that go on in the brain.
Until relatively recently many thought that thought and other conscious processes were immaterial that somehow interacted with the body through the brain.
Now it is thought that mind and mind processes are actually all physical, but just extremely complicated ones that we don't really still understand a great deal about.
