What is more important eating less or exercising more?

When it comes to losing more weight which of these is the more important thing to do?

Both of these things are important when it comes to losing weight and need to run hand in hand.

Good quality nutrition and not eating too many calories will help to ensure that you get what you need but not too much then the exercise will help to burn off excess fat and also tone up and keep your organs healthy.
