What is the answer too 92+-61? and how do you work it out ?

All you need to do is get a calculator and type in:
92 - 61
and there you will have the answer, which is of course 31.
The confusion probably comes from +- when you see these two signs together you can ignore the + symbol totally

92+-61= 92-61, becuase (+)+(-)=(-)
so 92-61= 31.
however, the rule i gave u applies to addition and subtraction. its quite different for multiplicaiton and dvision.
e.g. -3X-4= 12
-19+6= -13
-10+20= 20
notice that (-19) is dominat in the second one where as in te 1st one, none of the numbers are dominant and thereofre they they become positive. (+) and (-)= -...in the scond one, we have subtracted it and added the sign of the one who's value is bigger.
