What is the best perfume you can buy?

There is no such thing as a best perfume because the best perfume for you combines two things:
1) that you like the smell of it and would feel comfortable wearing it
2) that it suits your skin
It is a known fact that different skin types and people just suit different types of smells for whatever reason and therefore there is no such thing as a best perfume!
