What is the best photo printer?

There are lots of great quality photo printers out there and the best thing is that the prices of these have come down so much in recent years.

What you need to bear in mind really is the maximum dpi to get an idea of top quality, and also see how many ink jets they have. Finally the cost of refills is also important.
